Length of Stay (30 nights or more), Deposit amount will be (15 nights). 3/Housekeeping Service : free service is provided once every 4th Night of stay, for more times will be with extra fees. Guests staying 1-3 nights are not entitled to free housekeeping services. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "كانت جميله جدا ومريحه والطاقم جدا محترم وخاصة الأستاذ عمر بالإستقبال كان يلبي الطلبات بسرعه صراحه الله يعطيه العافيه"

الهدوء والاحترام والنظافة وتعامل الموظفين بالاخص موظفة الاستقبال فاطمة

عدم توفر سرير مزدوج جميع الغرف مفر. فقط غرفه واحد يوجد فيها مزدوج. وهذا لايعني ان الفندق غير جيد بالعكس فندق راقي وجميل وهادئ ونتمنى ان يوفرون اسرة مزدوجه

What I liked the most is how polite and helpful the staff is. Fatma was so professional and she made sure we had a good stay. Youssef and Ayman were so polite and always there to support. The room was so clean too.
