Easy to check-in, you can see the sea from the balcony. Good warm water heated by gas

Very dirty. There are sheets, that have been used by other guests with dirty spots on it. Dirty towels. I bought own blankets and a towel in the shop to stay there. Attached pictures from that place

I can absolutely recommend this accommodation. There are many cheap local shops and restaurants near by. View from the balcony is absolutelly perfect. Host let us check-in early and check-out late, which was so helpful due to our bus arrival and departure. Location is safe and super nice if you're looking for beach. You can also take uber easily to Alexandria's library or important monuments.

Unfortunatelly there's no AC, just several fans. Which was still fine even in august, because there's fresh wind comming from the sea. Just be aware of that, if you're sensetive to hot temperature.

Price-quality ratio. Good owner. Always in touch and helps resolve issues. There is enough space for full living. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, cafes. In good season it is possible to swim and sunbathe. You can live a full life in an apartment. Good internet job. No street noise. You can always contact the owner and his employee. On the balcony you can spend time contemplating the sea.

Difficult area. Little infrastructure. The weather may be windy.

It is small but usable place. You have a great view. Owner is very kind and helpful.

There is a lot of power cut in this area of city. Think about it before you go there.
