Sea View Haven In San Stefano

Place is very nice, clean and you have all facilities and transportation, Mr. Omar was so helpful and made for us a late check out, check in was so easy and apartment was so clean really and equipped with everything.

If u have a car u will suffer to find a proper parking its so difficult to park there,

The apartment is cosy and relatively clean (compared to other accommodations we experienced in Egypt, it is very good!). It is comfortable for four people. The windows are quite tight, so the level of noise is acceptably low (noise is a real problem in Egypt The kitchen is well arranged and equipped with basic stuff. The bathroom is good and it works. It is in a very nice location in Alexandria, plenty of facilities around. The beach can be seen from the window, but all of them are private, very expensive and basically useless because you can't undress there. The manager is very responsive and helpful, we were received in a very friendly way. Check in and out very simple and fast.

The building is ugly, but little can be done to improve it. The view from the window is nice if you focus on the far distance, otherwise you see plenty of ruins of concrete buildings falling apart (but this is quite common there). The main bedroom has a lot of natural light from outside, all other areas have only internal windows and enjoy only little light, never direct. A bit more equipment in the kitchen would make it even more enjoyable (e.g. a place to let dishes drip after washing, some better knives, kitchen towels)

The apartment is spacious and has everything u will need, most importantly the beds are clean, and so is the bathroom. The staff is super nice and helpful, and the location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants.

The Couches need to be cleaned

Very good location near San Stefano Mall and tram station. A lot of supermarkets in the area. Quiet and big flat. Excellent owner. Thank you!
