Очень старое и грязное

There is a very nice view on the terrase and a beautiful swing for two. We coulnd't enjoy it to the fullest unfortunatelly, the weather was very windy. I also liked the staircase - nice and clean, with some pictures on the wall and a bookshelf full of foreign language books

We booked this room because we needed to use a washing machine, that was listed in the description. To our surprice, it was on the rooftop and not the easiest to use - we had to fill and drain it manually, putting the water pipe in and out. It was a bit of a challenge, to rince our closes at least twice after the washing and to wring the clothes out, all on the wind. The room was ok for it's price, but the maintainance of the room could be better - oily dirty kitchen and a squeezing wardrobe door should be taken care of :)

Location is good and room was spacious, large balcony. Security decent. Neighborhood area is quiet.

Everything was dirty and dilapidated, even after asking the guy to clean after I arrived. It was also quite cold (I visited first half of march) as there room was drafty and the AC heating/cooling did not work.

Location is good, price is ok i guess, the roof was amazing tho.

The facilities were so poor in my opinion, the beds are very hard the pillows are also very thin
