The location and quietness of the area. The pool was very comfy and the staff very friendly.

Overall it wasn’t clean. We found short dark hair in the shower and we’re blonde! Also the kitchen was oily/dirty, floors full of dust, etc The apartment was in poor condition, the heater didn’t work and we had to ask for reparations… We were there only to sleep and didn’t cook or stay there so we didn’t give a much importance to all the above but it wasn’t as expected. We got bitten in bed with the windows closed by some insect that wasn’t mosquitoes, I’ll check with the doctor as these bites are too specific, could be spiders or bedbugs, hoping for the first!!! An old couple in a bungalow was robbed at night while sleeping, the scientific police was checking etc I’m sure the staff helped them in everything they could but for sure the safety could be improved as the locks of the doors are the most basic ones and they did lock their doors and windows at night!

A little bit downside that if you have a neighbour you can hear them easily and it could be a little too noisy.

Location excellent, kept spotlessly clean. New towels every couple of days, sheets changed at least twice a week.

Only minor criticism was the wifi. It was good at times but on occasions could drop off suddenly.

Rally nice appartement, on a great location.

The couch and sleeping couch smelled very musty

Apartament was nice and clean. Close to restaurants.

We were upgraded to a room in the hotel without having to ask! Such a relief after the ferry had been delayed, and it was approaching 2300hrs.
