El ruido de los bares,pero creo que eso es normativas del ayuntamiento sobre los bares. El aire acondicionado no tiene gas y hace efecto ventilador

La ubicación perfecta

Lo único es que el armario de la habitación es muy pequeño y casi no se puede colgar ni guardar ropa. Creo que debería de ponerse un armario más grande.
