The location was excellent. One local shopping centre supermarket and high street-type vibe about 90 seconds walk away down the steps.. another large shopping centre 6 min walk away with big brand shops. The apartment is perfectly located right between the old town and the new town. It's not possible to find a better-placed accommodation. The apartment was amazing. Had everything you needed and more. From cooking to cleaning to everything a house needs. Amazing set-up. Even washed all our clothes before coming home to that task. The accommodation is safe, secure and just incredible. The double front door/gate is wonderful. Been able to lock the gate and keep the front and back doors open. Created a wind tunnel crucial for staying cool and comfortable. There are 3 AC units also. 1 in the living area. 1 in each of the bedrooms. Plenty of hot water on demand at good pressure. The rain shower head helps enjoy this. Big bed is very comfortable. Lots of storage in the rooms and house in general. Big bathrooms his / her sinks. Beautiful tree light feature on the stairs. All in just wondering accommodation. Id buy the house in a heartbeat as is. Needs nothing .

1 AC unit in the kids bedroom we couldn't get working. We contacted the agent to recommend resetting the power which we did. But still didn't work. the same bedroom had a few ants on day 5.

Overall the property was excellent. It was a little tired in spots and an air freshener in the toilets wouldn't have gone amiss.

The location was good

The apartment is sold as though the pool was outside the apartment, it wasn't, it was in the next building. Also as the bedrooms and bathrooms were downstairs the damp seemed to linger as there are no windows. You need to leave the extraction on all the time but there are no doors on the bathrooms and it can get noisy.

super spacious bedrooms and bathrooms - luxurious sizes. super large beds which was a real treat. Good to have a balcony area off the sitting area with table and chairs (and drying rack) separate laundry room adjoining the kitchen was a real bonus little cloakroom by the front door was useful/convenient supermarkets, restaurants, designer shops and beach all within walking distance.

the entrance is not at all obvious as it is up the road from the main entrance and signage. it took us ages to locate it and having arrived in the evening it was unpleasant to have that worry. telephoned the host but difficult to understand one another. a poor start. hauling our suitcases up the steep steps from the pavement to the apartment entrance was not enjoyable. and of course, getting them back down when we left. steep steps inside the apartment down to the bedrooms - OK for younger, fitter people but less so if any degree of mobility or fitness issues.
