A good and thorough review is needed here, so I’m going to be very detailed, in order to be good for both tourists and the manager of this place. The previous bad reviews almost made me not book this place, but I would’ve regretted it, because I really liked it. There are easy and not expensive improvements to be done, but in general it’s good. *The location is excellent. * The place was comfortable for the three of us who stayed there for seven days. * There’s a washing machine and a dishwasher, which came in handy (but we sure missed a place to dry our clothes. We had to use a broom on top of the chairs, but it’s ok) * There’s a tv (there could be a box who allowed us to watch something on streaming- not expensive and it makes guests happier) * Markets, drugstore stores, bars and restaurants near. It’s worth it!

As I said, there are things as a guest and a hotel manager that I’d change, that would’ve made me give the highest rate not only to be helpful with this nice place, but really for its worth. * The most annoying thing is that the water in the sinks take a while to go down, and a plumber is not very expensive! * I try to speak Spanish, but not having someone to speak English can make us miss understand a few details when we get there, considering we have to call. * The sheets could be put on the wardrobe, because it didn’t give a sense of being clean or new, even though they were good. I saw some people even saying they had to buy sheets, but in my opinion, they just weren’t visually pleasing being kept under the bed. * You can sleep well in both beds, even though they have a “lower part” in the middle of them for not being so new. Nothing that really bothers, but it could be an investment to be made soon. * The easiest thing would be to put an easier wifi password. * The shower works well, but also it looks broken. Cheap and easy thing to change, because esthetics matter a lot, specially to improve the ratings. As I said, great place and location, and simple changes that are not expensive can make it even better.

Good location and facilities.

Wish there wasn’t an extra charge for check in after 7pm but as check in is face to face I understand.

The best thing about the place was the Location! It was better than expected. The area is pretty popular and the good thing is that there is the apartment is pretty quite since it's an interior apartment. Small but good location.

When we arrived we had to browse around to see how it is, and then sign how do we see it, how was the experience and if everything was clean, etc. However, when you start living after the host leaves, you start encountering hidden dirt. Additionally, it was missing some basic elements for your stay in an apartment.

Area is safe and close to most Madrid attractions. Very good amenities. Clean and quiet. Plenty of storage space.

Some kitchenware were missing or unusable. Putting out the sofabed made the room rather cramped.
