Very nice and comfortable apartment in a relatively new building. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The location is quite convenient since it's close (< 5 minutes) to metro station "Valdecarros" (terminal station of line 1 which passes through important points of interest). Markets like "Mercadona" in the next block can provide you with all the necesities to prepare and enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen of the apartment. It might take a little time to find the right entrance in the building complex, however helpful and friendly Sra Shadi will guide you through the process!

In apartment you have absolutely everything you need. The location is perfect - quiet neighborhood and near metro station.
