Tres Terrazas Ocean view apartment

Apartment was nice enough and in a good location

Unfortunately the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly prior to arrival. This is not the fault of the owner, but when this was raised with the British property manager she was quite rude and dismissive, offering no apology. The Spanish staff were all polite and friendly but were let down by their British colleague. The flat had no hot water and several times during our stay, the electricity went off. When reception was told of this they said the problem was not theirs as the property was privately owned.

We loved everything about the property. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. It includes everything you need. It’s great to have access to a washing mashine, especially when traveling with kids. The stair between the floors is boring- but hey, there is nothing to do about it. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs so I would ‘t dream about complaining about it. All the staff; in the lobby at the hotel, at the Toravicas office, bartenders and waiters etc. were great and helpful. The booking system for the benches by the pool is great- but first I didn’t understand it. Just because I didn’t read or ask about it. Just be sure to informe yorself about it and everything will be fine. I got benches everytime I needed it :)

The only thin I can mention is not having an aircondition. I knew that before so I can’t really complain. I just hoped that the fans would make a difference, but it didn’t. I come from a land were we are not very use to sun and heat so it was a little harsh on us. We bought small fans in Ale-hop close to the apartment and the night was doable. We just have to get used to the heat. But I think that A/C would do a good in this apartment- if it is possible to add some day.

The apartment is part of a really lovely complex in a very central location in Costa Adeje. It’s a great base to use to explore the resort and further surrounding areas. Accommodation was really clean and spacious with all mod cons and more kitchen crockery, utensils and glassware than I’ve ever had in any apartment! The WiFi was of a high standard but a little tip, make sure you also login to the extender plugged in to socket in the twin bedroom as it means you can then get coverage from both balconies. You have access to the two pools on the complex as well as two great little restaurants and a little shop. There is an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes all within a 5 mins walk so easy to keep yourself fed and your fridge stocked. Perhaps slightly more expensive than a lot of other places but well worth what you pay, would definitely use again when staying in the area!

There was sadly only one set of keys. We found this a slight pain but we made it work. I suspect with more people staying at once this would be a bit of a headache.

Fabulous apartment roomy, tastefully decorated with all you need. Great location and wonderful sea views.

It would be great to have 2 keys as we had 2 couples but other than that loved it!

Apartment is massive with great views of the beach and resort , 3 balconies and huge kitchen and lounge area

Description of location very poor , taxi driver struggled to find it as nowhere on description does it say the apartment is in the Sun Harbour complex . Receptionist didn’t also know which apartment it was only the fact it was a two bedroom apartment and the complex only has 6 apartments with 2 bedrooms . ASK THE TAXI DRIVER FOR SUN HARBOUR COMPLEX AND YOU'LL SAVE LOADS OF TIME . The Tres Terrazas doesn’t help in locating apartment . Having said all that really worth booking as a great apartment . Be aware of spiral staircase , great feature and easy to use but may not suit everyone . All in all book it , it’s worth finding this gem , amazing location

Modern, spacious and very clean with excellent views and in a brilliant location. Best apartment we’ve stayed in and loved every minute.

There was nothing not to like about this property, it was just brilliant.
