Resort has everything You need, although better supermarkets are quite far (use a taxi). Wonderful pools, clean resort, peaceful atmosphere, luxury feeling, the resort area is very well taken care of, nice garden, flowers etc. Nice beach nearby. Apartment was nice as well, clean and especially we loved the amazing air conditioning. On hot days, it was so nice to come back to a cool apartment.

To visit central on Alicante, it is quite far, the taxi costs about 15 - 20 euros one way. The area is peaceful, but not much to do othervice - except visit the beach (not many nice beach shops nor restaurants). TV had only spanish speaking channels, even UK and US programs were spoken over in spanish. The resort restaurant was very nice, although we hoped for better and wider menu - not just pasta and pizza. Others we tried to order, but the chef was never there.

We pick this apartment because there was an heated pool. The pool was heated but the cover was left on for 6 days out of 7. Maintenance! Really? The cover on the pool is difficult to take off...so with under staff and very little guest...maybe why bother! It should not be advertised because we would have chosen an other appartment. A long mirror would be nice to check ourself out before going out in the apartment also.

Probably one of my favorite vacation spots since having kids. AMAZING new complex with all the amenities to make a relaxing family trip with a small baby. The apartment is very comfortable, huge nice balcony and the views are really incredible. Location couldn’t be better. Right in front of the beach, walking distance to a few restaurants, only 20 min drive to the town and like 15 to the airport and there are nice grocery stores around too. Make sure to have a car. We will most definitely come back.

All of the parking spaces in the building are very tight and with pillars around it. If you need a big car, get a tall SUV and not a long sedan. We had a sedan and it was a pain to park it every time. For the amount you pay, the management company really should add some of the basics to get you started at the apartment (hand soap, shampoo etc). They give a miniature bag that isn’t very helpful. The cleaning of the kitchen utensils could be a little more thorough. And the freezer as well (had leftover food in the freezer). Non of this would stop me from booking again, but I do think that some easy improvements can be made to achieve perfection

The bar area closes quite early, would be nice to get something to eat a bit later in the evening.
