Balea 3 - Local Rentss

La ubicación del.apartamento es estupenda, frente a la playa y rodeado de bares, restaurantes...

Falta algo de mantenimiento en el apartamento, como utensilios cocina o mejora de luces.

Excelente ubicación, a pie de la preciosa playa de la Antilla. Varios restaurantes muy cerca donde comer bien o tomar algo. Valoramos positivamente también la plaza de parking a nuestra disposición,ya que todo en esa zona es estacionamiento regulado de pago.

Las cortinas de la casa y la ducha no están muy cuidadas y a la casa le falta algo de detalle (muchos agujeros en paredes, pintura algo sucia ya, ventana de la habitación principal inutilizada...)

Nėra wifi, apartamentai reikalauja remonto (neveikia daugelio langų rankenos, Nėra šviestuvų ar lempų, aplužūsi dušo vieta, prie įėjimo neveikia beraktis magnetas ir t.t.)

Fantastic location with unobstructed sea view! Parking facilities are nice too.

Kitchen equipment was somewhat lacking (glasses, cutlery) for a group of 5.

- The view was nice - The staff was friendly and responded quickly - If you rent a car it has an underground garage and it's a blessing - two double bedrooms were fine

Very poorly maintained. The condition of the shower curtains was scandalous, they were all covered in mold, especially in the main bedroom's bathroom that it made you sick. Besides that, the walls were dirty, and window curtains were all stained and grey of dust. Some of the pillows were so weird that you couldn't sleep on them. The small, single bedroom was nasty, same as furniture in the living room. The iron left dirt on clothes, the hair dryer barely worked. Besides the view and a garage unfortunately it gave you the feeling of the very, very cheap hostel. If you don't have a car it's quite far away from the train station and good restaurants (20-30 minutes walk).

Location was perfect

Fantastic location, a very good sized appartement with an amazing views. Added bonus of private locked garage. Very good communications with owner.

Setting is fabulous. Small shop in the bar behind the complex has most things. Beautiful walks. Spacious property with good shower pressure.

Only 1 wine glass?? Both showers tended to flood the bathroom floors.
