"Una estancia excelente"

El apartamento está totalmente equipado, no le falta un detalle. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene muy buena ubicación, a un paso de la playa. Es una zona tranquila que tiene bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados y un centro comercial. Jesús, el anfitrión, atento en todo momento y muy servicial. Lo recomiendo 100% para pasar unos buenos días en Tenerife.

Geräumige Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Teide (wenn er denn mal nicht in den Wolken hängt ;) ). Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, vollständige Ausstattung. Geschäfte und Meer fußläufig zu erreichen, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Haartrockner...alles gut!

Este a doua oară când locuiesc aici. Pentru că merg în fiecare iarnă în Puerto de la Cruz am locuit și în alte apartamente. Acesta mi a plăcut cel mai mult. Din păcate, e greu să îl găsești liber pentru că e foarte solicitat de turiști. Are absolut tot ce îți trebuie.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Vermieter, Jesus, ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eigentlich fehlt nur ein Staubsauger und eine Duschtür statt des Vorhangs, dann wäre es beinahe perfekt

Die Nachbarin war des nachts recht laut. Wir sind öfters von ihr aufgewacht

Rustige ligging op wandelafstand van de oude visserswijk. Gratis parking op 900m. Uitzicht op de Teide vanaf het terras. Het appartement is zeer goed ingericht. Wie wil koken heeft veel basisingrediënten ter beschikking. Ook doucheproducten en meer zijn aanwezig. Jesùs is een zeer behulpzame host. Communicatie via WhatsApp verliep zeer vlot. Wij hebben geen verbeteringen te geven.

Alles was prima zoals we het hadden verwacht.

The apartment has everything you could need. From a beach ball and towels to products like shampoo and after sun. I have done a lot of AirBnB and other type of apartment rental, this is the first time I felt like all I needed to bring were my clothes, the rest is there. Like a second home.

Очень хорошие апартаменты! Удобное расположение, имеют отдельную спальню, что очень удобно. Кухня полностью оборудована. Все продумано до мелочей. Хозяин за минимальную плату предоставил нам паркинг, поэтому не имели вообще никаких проблем! Отпуск прошёл великолепно!!! Рекомендую!!!

Todo. Un apartamento estupendo con todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días. Muy cerca de la playa y de todos los lugares imprescindibles de Puerto de la Cruz. El propietario muy amable y atento.
