Apartment is ideally located to explore the beautiful city of Seville: all districts are walkable; lots of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. The apartment itself is very comfortable and includes all the amenities to enjoy self-catering if eating out every night is not within your budget. While staff at the apartment were not necessarily on site during our stay, they were available on the phone and via text, and were very helpful.

It is fair to mention that on our first night, the curtains in one of the bedroom fell down in the middle of the night. The dishwasher appeared to leak and only one of the remotes for the air-conditioning worked. However, none of these things affected our stay.

It was the worst accommodation ever. Never go unless you want to ruin your trip. 절대 이 숙소 가지 마세요. 이 회사도 진짜 최악입니다. One of the three nights in the morning we found at least six Bedbugs on our beds and walls. Immediately upon arrival, we inquired about the property and asked for a refund, but the host did not call back and the manager, other than the host, contacted us again in the afternoon. The manager insisted we were responsible for bringing Bedbugs (no, of course not). We also repeatedly told them to come back to the property because the quarantine had already been completed and Bedbugs no longer existed. At this time, we had no intention of going back and had already moved to another hotel. As soon as we contacted Booking.com and told them we would get a refund, they hung up. I was so angry. After the trip, I contacted the Korean branch's Booking.COM and they said the accommodation was not responding to the call. And what's shocking is that there was a complaint about Bedberg. This shows that it was a deception about us that the accommodation blamed us for Bedberg. As a result, we didn't get a full refund. I hope the accommodation manager will reflect. If you don't want to experience this, please don't book this accommodation. I don't think quarantine is perfect even when I saw other latest reviews!

host was rude and didnt allow us access or to stay at the property as we had bikes with us. he promised us a full refund which he has now said he will no longer pay. we will pusue for him for our losses

The apartment itself was as per the pictures and in great location.

Unfortunately anyway I am forced to rate 1 as there were bed bugs in the apartment!!! On 2nd day we even saw a couple of them on bed sheets, pillows and walls. We got bit all over and it ruined our holidays… instead of relaxing we had to deal with multiple itchy bite marks all over our bodies and faces :/ it’s been more than a week since we left and the marks still look terrible.. we have ongoing medical treatment to get rid od them. We got the full refund from the object however I am not sure if the apartment will be sanitized properly as I only got the answer that it was cleaned before us and will be after us. But the usual cleaning will not be enough to get rid of bed bugs!!! Please reconsider before booking the place…

Beautiful apartment, clean and well equipped. Lovely decor, simple but well done. Quiet and comfortable and very close to the heart of the old city. Check in was easy and we really enjoyed our stay .

We liked everything about the property - no complaints.
