"No apto para alquiler"

Que tuviera una infiltración grande en el baño de tal manera que nos obligada estar pendiente de vaciar el cubo de agua. La tele no funcionaba, los mandos rotos, cortina de una habitación rota, cortina de la ducha demasiado vieja y poco higiénica. Falta de limpieza y último día ni agua caliente teníamos. Ubicación demasiado ruidosa y muchas escaleras para llegar al apartamento

El apartamento está muy bien situado en el centro de Sevilla, cerca de todos los lugares de interés, bien equipado, el chico que nos recibió muy amable. Recomendable para visitar la ciudad.

Que no tenga ascensor, aunque es un primer piso, dificulta un poco el acceso a personas mayores o a niños muy pequeños.

Lo céntrico que está el apartamento y las camas son cómodas

Que el baño está muy descuidado , no tiene puerta en la ducha sino una cortina y goteras en el techo y el bidet perdía agua mojando el suelo
