Apartamento Club Valena

We had a excellent stay. The apartment was like brand new, lots of room, everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom was very big with lots of storage for clothes, as close to the pool as it gets and the other people was very respectable all around so it was very peaceful. The owners was constantly in touch to help or give information. Really friendly and obliging. Its 5 minutes from the local square where there are India, Chinese, sushi, cocktail bars, sports bars, supermarkets and general shops. Its 7 to 10 euro in a cab to Puerto Del Carmen or a 50minute lovely walk down the sea front. The beach is also 5minute walk. Very close to the airport. Watching the planes come in was great and 5 minute walk you can stand under the planes as they land. Great experience.

It didn't bother us at all but some may find the planes noisy. They stop around 11pm but if the door is closed you wouldn't notice them. Its hard to fault the place really we had a great time

The property was in a great location within a lovely complex. The property was very spacious.

The property itself needs some updating. The toilet in particular could use a lot of work. The sink was leaking all over the floor and there was a constant smell. The toilet seat also didn’t fit the toilet and was very uncomfortable to use. On the surface the place looked clean but when you took a proper look it was defy in places. The microwave was dirty and the cutlery in the drawer also needed washing. There was heavy rain one day and the skylight in the living room was leaking, we had to put the bin underneath to catch the water.

El lugar tranquilo y bien comunicado

Apologies for late review! We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was large, modern and comfortable. Location was very good with a short walk to coast and the commercial centre with numerous bars and restaurants. We are happy to recommend.

La falta de unas cortinas mas opacas en la puerta de acceso y unas mesillas de noche en la cabecera de la cama. Por lo demas bien.

The apartment was clean and comfortable

The location is perfect just a short stroll to the Matagorda strip. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need already there v spacious modern apartment on ground level . Beach / pool towels , fluffy bath towels and a comfy bed . We were treated to water and wine on arrival and blessed with a late check out at no extra cost . Martin was available and in contact quickly if we had any questions which we didn’t have many as they have everything covered. The pool area is large and kept very clean . Quiet and relaxing stay was had by us both

Only thing I would add is a toaster I think the microwave had a grill function but this we just didn’t work it out
