New apartment, clean and modern.

Could really use a washing machine and blackout blinds / curtains.

The apartment is spacious with a good terrace and in good condition.

This property is not fit for purpose as is almost bare inside. No English channels, no washing machine, no iron or ironing board, no cooker, no doors on wardrobe, front door not secure and unsafe can be walked through with a little push, window in bedroom has no security bars so you dare not open as people could enter and burgle you with ease so again TOTALY INSECURE. The bed is very uncomfortable, not one drawer in whole apartment, one saucepan and one frypan, shower goes cold (has a totally inadequate water heater as is to small a tank. There are more than TWENTY GREAT REVIEWS yet we are told we were the third people to stay in the apartment since it was a STOREROOM and was refurbished by this new owner who lied when I asked him if the Television had English channels. He requires a special box for ENGLISH CHANNELS. This property is not FITTED OUT FOR LONG STAYS but he took our money anyway. A complaint will be lodged with Booking .com as this poorly equipped apartment RUINED OUR MONTHS HOLIDAY.

Beautiful, well equipped, spacious, well finished apartment with excellent WiFi and comfortable bed. Lovely complex, pool (right outside apartment) is quite large. Quiet and relaxing but within east walking distance to beach and resort centre. Wouldn’t hesitate to re-book.

The only downside is that there was no cooker - there’s a hob and a microwave grill though. Issue with Google earth as if you type in the address you’re taken to a house down the road over the crossroads. Make sure you type in Club Valena to get you to the right place!

Apartment was very well equipped with the bonus of a washing machine and fridge/freezer and 'proper' oven! Lovely, comfortable beds, really quiet at night time for a good night's sleep! Apartment only yards from the lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds which never got too busy. Good location, close to a number of restaurants, 5 mins from the beach and 10 from the end of the runway for some great plane spotting!! Great to have free WiFi - especially with two teenagers! - plus a safe. The property contact - Yazmina - was very approachable and helpful when needed.

The pool wasn't heated so whilst lovely I personally didn't spend much time in there! There was some confusion about the code for the key box on check-in. Apparently we should have been notified by booking.com. A message to Yazmina though was replied to very quickly with the info we needed. (An email from booking.com did eventually come through with the code - later that first night at 11pm!)

It was very clean ,facilities good, nice pool & plenty beds.

A little remote, no view, apartment across was very noisy, builders in& needless planes very busy

Its location, a 45 walk from the location shown on Google maps. No view, about 5 mins from the end of the runway at Arrecife airport.

The apartment is really great - it has a big central space and a terrace + it's near the pool. The location is really good as a starting point for exploring the whole island. The beach nearby is very clean and beautiful, great for playing with children. The owners of the apartment are great - responsive and helpful. I really highly recommend renting this apartment.

Unfortunately, the pool is not heated and is very cold during the winter months.
