did not answer this, as this is the worst apartment we have stayed in in Tenerife. Note that this was our 11th trip to Tenerife.

"Overall a great apartment to stay in while in tenerife."

Location was great. Lots of really nice restaurants and pubs around. The apartment itself was easy to access and getting the key was easy from the front desk. Bed was comfortable and having a full kitchen and washing machine was very convenient. Nice balcony and shared pool area. There's a big supermarket juat across the street, and a taxi rank right next to that for getting around to anywhere not within walking distance.

No wifi in the room, but there is some in the lobby downstairs. The shower is very small so leaks a lot during usage, and the 100 euro cash deposit at the beginning as I don't normally carry much cash, though we were given this back no problem at the end.
