It's a good location with a nice rooftop terrace where we did get some evening sun. Acess is easy with codes and the host is available over phone. The place seems rather newly renovated and has a nice bathroom but there are a few lose screws here and there.

On the positive side, the apartment is very well equipped and has everything needed for a stay. The location is also excellent — very central and convenient, everything was within walking distance.

We stayed in one of the apartments in Harinas, Seville for our holidays. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing overall. The ground floor apartment was poorly ventilated, which resulted in a strong damp smell throughout the stay. There was also an unpleasant sewage-like odor coming from the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. Sound insulation was very weak — we could hear the neighbours very clearly, almost as if we were in the same room. The courtyard was also quite dirty, which was disappointing as it could have been a nice space to enjoy or open the windows for fresh air. However, due to additional unpleasant odors coming from outside, we avoided doing so. We also noticed the presence of insects (cockroaches, ants, and spiders), which added to the discomfort. On the positive side, the apartment is very well equipped and has everything needed for a stay. The location is also excellent — very central and convenient, everything was within walking distance. We also tried to contact customer service several times to request a change of apartment or a solution. The first day we received no response. Than, the second day, we were told someone would come to address the odor issue. However, there was no follow-up or any action taken afterwards. Overall, while the location and equipment are great, the hygiene, maintenance, and responsiveness did not meet expectations.
