Very dated, not as clean as it should have been There was a leak from the bathroom, coming through to the dining area ceiling onto the floor. Despite reporting it twice, no one came from maintenance to repair it.

Location was perfect for direct access to the port, bars, restuarants etc. But also quiet.

The car parking space was impossible to use, due to a large column blocking a large part of it, it should be made clear that only a small car will fit. Although we were easily able to park elsewhere, in summer this would not be so easy.

Occasionally bad sewage smell inside the duplex from the outside drains.

We absolutely loved our stay especially the location, situated in the heart of the Marina. The apartment is comfortable, location to the pool is very convenient, we loved the beach and the bars and restaurants. The local supermarket is small but packed with all you need, especially as we decided for the first time ever not to hire a car and we did not regret this at all. Overall a fab holiday and generally a very friendly environment. We will definitely visit again.

The pool police........ Not very friendly, didn't get to know us to find out how long we were staying or how frequently we planned to use the pool, so we had to show the pool pass regularly, when we popped in for lunch they came to remove towels from the sunbeds, if the apartment was on a different level we would have removed towels but when it's right by the pool we thought popping in and out would be ok, not according to the pool police. It became a bit of a joke but it would be great if they weren't sooooo strict.
