Fantastic host. Apartment was sparkling clean! Great facilities, they thought of everything in the kitchen etc. Comfortable bed and sofa. Excellent balcony and views. Supermarket 2 mins by car or 15 min walk. I only wish I had booked to stay longer! Highly recommend!

The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep and was making sounds for every small move.

Very Nice stay at this apartment all be it a bit dated but that didn't bother us as it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed however we arrived late and should have taken water. The shower had a fault which I let the owner know about but we could still shower ok. All in all it was easy and a very nice place to stay and we were close to amenities such as a local supermarket within walking distance and local cafe/restaurant with Spanish delicacies. The kids loved the pool and is of a decent size and we had an allocated free parking spot with a key for automatic security gate for the premises.

Not a lot to dislike

The apartment is located in a quiet area, between the mountains, with a great view but also close to the sea, Altea is at 7 min drive. We had everything we needed (a couple - 3 nights stay), but we especially appreciated the coffee machine. :) The bed is comfortable and there is also a balcony from where you can enjoy nature. There is an allocated parking lot for every apartment inside the community area. There is also a supermarket close to the location.. The communication with the owner was fast and always on time. We will definitely come back here whenever we visit Valencia, Alicante or the surroundings. Thank you very much for your support!

It was exactly as presented. Cosy apartment with everything you need. Loved the balcony! Quiet place with beautiful views and everything you need within driving distance. Very friendly people who came to meet me for the keys.

Only one thing and that is that the shower head could use replacement. Everything else was great!

The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. It was clean, comfortable and well looked after. Additionally it was in a quiet location away from traffic and building work noises. We really appreciated the peaceful aspect of the apartment. The owner Marina was very helpful and communicated well with us.

Great apt for low price in off season, 3 kms from old town and beaches and port.

The small touches like coffee, jam and everything you need.
