fantastic view as the name implies right on promenade . handy for bajondillo beach and for carihuela the check in and check out worked well as did the keyless access

Location was excellent, easy access to the property , kitchen had all you need , utensils , cooker with 4 hobs , kettle , coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Nice balcony and living room with good size Dining table. Good Wifi . Communication with host was quick and accurate via booking.com messages and also directly via Whatsapp.

After the booking I was asked to provide customer verification to a third party (Superhog) . The verification process was not mentioned at the time of booking. The verification process required to provide all your personal details including date of birth , passport copies , selfies etc , they (third party) already had my phone number and email . The personal info they ask is enough to put one at risk of identity theft. I objected to provide personal information to third party and happy to say host agreed and I didn't had to provide my personal info to Superhog.

location, terrace, cleanliness

sink in the bathroom did not drain, it would have been nice to have a unit orientation binder but we just needed to hunt for information, kitchen lacking some houseware items (more variety of kitchenware), the living room was not very comfortable (not cozy), the bed was a great size but not as comfortable as they could have been ( might be an old mattress)

Clean apartment with direct access to the beach. There is everything you need for cooking in the kitchen and a good bed and new towels. There is a nice table on the balcony that I used for work. good internet. In the evenings in the cafe in front of the windows there is live music, which gives a good holiday mood. Communication is excellent. Please note it is important. Entrance to the apartments down, near the sea. But the parking up at the hill.

Perfect location, clean, amazing views, has everything you need for an unforgetable stay! :-)
