Sunrise Apartment - Playa del Inglés

Enrico ist ein super Host - sehr netter Kontakt mit gutem Englisch, antwortet schnell, kümmert sich. ZB ist uns der Fön kaputt gegangen und er hat kurzerhand einen neuen besorgt und schon am nächsten Tag vorbeigebracht. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut - sogar Weingläser, kaum genutzter Backofen, el. Saftpresse, Mixer,... das einzige was fehlt ist ein gutes Messer und vll mal ein neueres Schneidebrett. Parkplätze war je nach Uhrzeit immer was zu finden. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Es war uns eine gute homebase für viele tolle Ausflüge. Bett ist etwas klein, aber sehr bequem. Nur eine Decke war etwas herausfordernd aber ging.

Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig und dienen kaum als Schallschutz. Gegenüber ist ein großer Hotelkomplex, der jeden Abend zwischen 21 und 21:45 Uhr eine live Show macht. Da diese sehr laut sind, ist man gefühlt live dabei - für uns etwas nervig. Außerdem wohnt aktuell mindestens ein Obdachloser auf dem Gehweg vor dem Balkon und da gab es nachts auch immer wieder mal Streit und Gebrüll. Morgens die LKW, nachts noch irgendwen extra laut auf dem Motorrad,... Sprich es ist recht laut und ungeübte werden Nachts sicherlich hier und da wach. Wenn man ein Fenster öffnet entsteht wunderbarer Luftzug mit dem Bad-Fenster. Aufgrund der Lautstärke sind wir dann aber doch auf die Klima und haben die Fenster zugelassen. Durch das zusatzgeräusch der Klima geht es dann. Boiler ist extrem klein. 5min heiß duschen ist nicht möglich - warm und auf kleinem Strahl könnte das gerade so gehen. Dann braucht der Boiler leider auch knapp 15 min um wieder warm zu sein. 2 Leute in kurzer Zeit duschen oder eine Dusche genießen - weniger möglich, aber vermutlich ja auch ein wenig Absicht um Wasser zu sparen. Ansonsten ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hervorragend finde ich es nicht - aber schon alles ok.

Enrico was extremely communicative before and after our stay here . He was forwarding us information at the airport on how to collect the keys etc . He was only a text away if we were having issues and responding extremely quickly . On the first night I found problems working the Television remote and he explained within 2 minutes of the text . The wifi works extremely well . The apartment is in a nice complex and this apartment has been refurbished . Good cooking facilities, nice 55inch television in the main room and there is a smaller television in the bedroom . The aircon worked really well but we only used it for a short time in the bedroom , there is another unit in the main room as well . The apartment looks over a main road with a view of the swimming pool in the opposite hotel . We went in Oct 2025 and it was relatively quiet there with a lot of middle aged couples like ourselves , peaceful surroundings with an excellent swimming pool , plenty of sunbeds and parasols. There is a nice bar there which serves beautiful coffee and cold drinks . There is a lifeguard on site which is good. I would like to thank Enrico for his help and we are hoping to go back next year .

I found difficulty in locating the recycling bins , there is a sign near the lift stating where they were but I couldn't find it . I had to put the rubbish in the small bins around the complex . This is the problem with the complex and nothing to do with the owners of the apartment .

Nos gustó todo, limpieza y buen gusto en la decoración. Camas y sofás confortables. Los recepcionistas y trabajadores muy simpáticos! Y Enrico el encargado, ha sido muy constante en sus informaciones. Además la situación del hotel es espectacular a 7 min de la playa y rodeado de restaurantes y supermercados No utilizamos la piscina..

Nos dejaron entrar a las 11 de la mañana, fueron muy amables

El aire acondicionado enfriaba a veces, otros momentos era como un ventilador

Hlučné prostredie ,v noci kričali ľudia ,autá ,všetko bolo počuť takže moc som sa nevyspala za tento týždeň

Location was perfect & the apartment was spotless, there are taxi ranks just a short walk either way from the apartment.

There was no pool bar or restruant in the complex at the time we were there,, there was some construction work on what I presume was a bar for the pool area?
