LVPerfect ocean and sunrise view! A little bit outside the town, but close to the beach. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
A big frying pan is needed.

Il divano in foto è stato sostituito da uno vecchio e consumato (scucito) su di un bracciolo, molto più piccolo. La piscina risultava non utilizzabile e non siamo stati avvisati. La struttura era anche stata scelta in funzione della possibilità di usufruire della piscina. Molto rumoroso a causa delle persone nell’appartamento al piano di sopra ( schiamazzi e trascinamento sedie e mobili ben oltre la mezzanotte per tutta la durata del soggiorno ).

FRUsually going to the hotel nearby (in renovation presently), we decided to rent a flat in that location because very close to Sotavento spot and Esmeralda beach. You can reach both by car (2 min) or walking (10 min). We also chose the location as being very quiet but just 5 minutes from Costa Calma. The flat was very clean, very well equipped and the view on the spot was, as expected, astonishing. All went as agreed with host. It is now 15 years we are coming there for Easter holidays but the first time renting an apartment. Will for sure make the same choice next year.
