The view was fabulous, Shame we didn’t have a balcony

Arrived late and had to walk with cases up the promenade to find lock box, had to seek assistant from man in shop to find it

Pretty much perfect. Clear text instructions to locate the key any time you want, on arrival. High up and with a stunning view, straight over the bay. Sliding doors for an uninterrupted view. The apartment was very clean and really nothing to complain about. Plenty of storage space. Good shower and it has a door to keep the water where it should be. Clear WiFi instructions. Close enough for an easy walk to the strip but far enough away that you can't hear any noise bar the waves outside.

The lifts are dedicated per side. The instructions should say you go right to the lifts. We went left and had to come back down again.😂 The bed was not the most comfortable or the pillows were too high. 😁 All communication was by WhatsApp which is good or bad, depending on your preference.It suited us.

Nothing couldn’t fault it

The Company moved us to Santa Margarita Apts as work had commenced on the original Apt, 5 star no extra cost and they helped on the techie side of things.

All the techie paperwork/scanning etc but thats life now but at nearly 80-bit of a nightmare!!! There was no balcony but in January it did not matter-in summer it would but cracking apt I have to say and Rafa-very professional and pleasant-thanks

We should have stayed longer

The apartment is in a prime position, very quiet day and night perfect view of the sea and beach, it had everything needed for a perfect relaxing holiday. Had a problem with the toaster tripping the fuses but a text to the company told me what to do and they changed the toaster the next morning, they could not be more helpful to me.

The location to pick up the keys was at least a mile down the sea front, I was alone to drag 2 suitcases with me as I had nowhere to leave them, I also got my purse robbed out of my bag whilst trying to manage 2 cases down the road at 1am in the morning by 2 young girls, I am 67yrs old with a bad hip and could not chase after them. This was not the apartments fault but it was a long walk.

3 or 4.minute walk to get keys so not to bad at all.

Nothing. Just perfect

Room and location were simply superb. View looking out over the Mediterranean was exceptional with great sunsets

The location and views, and it was comfortable for the length of stay

It’s on the 17th floor, a little high for my wife, the system for getting the key on arrival could be improved, it would be better if there had been some welcome pack on arrival which would tide people over until they could find a supermarket, no English tv programs on tv.
