El piso por dentro estaba bien decorado

no tenía ventilación en las habitaciones y me cobraron 45 euros por una limpieza, pero no lo encontré limpio, pero si te específica que cuando te vayas lo dejes limpio. Lo peor de todo la ubicación, no puedes ofrecer algo así y no decir que estás a las afueras de un pueblo completamente sin iluminación y más yo viajando con dos niños, podría habernos pasado cualquier cosa, había que pasar por un túnel debajo de la autovía para llegar, claramente era zona de granjas o plantaciones., Trato con ellos, pues sinceramente, no sé ni qué cara tienen, insistentes, eso sí, por mensaje. muy distorsionado de la realidad, no sé cómo Booking a podido alquilarme algo así..... O recibo una compensación o iré a atención al consumidor con los vídeos que tengo grabados de la localización del apartamento....

I made a mistake by booking this apartment. I didn't read important information. I was asked to pay an extra €200 for check-in deposit on unknown link and band account.. I use booking for more than 10 , and I never have to pay an extra deposit, so I decided not to trust this strange extra payment it looks like a scam. So I asked to cancel and refund my payment, but there was no chance to get back my money, and booking assistant also useless, I get no help from them, and they have no power for clients benefits. I just lost the full amount of booking because I didn't wanted to pay an extra check-in deposit. And I have to search other apartment to stay on my stay in Tenerife. Be careful on this apartment in Tenerife. They will ask you to pay extra money, and maybe after 7days you get back if they decide you kept the apartment clean and undamaged as you in..

Nice location 👌 walking distance from the beach ⛱️ and lots of reastrunts near by..Owners of apartment lucia is so helpful she just live on the 1st Floor of same apartment.

Kettle not working, no toaster but oven did have a grill. Location is a bit out of the way.

More difficult to reach that I had understood in advance.

I loved the place, it was well located and clean and nicely equiped. It was also quiet, we didn’t hear any noise from the highway despite being located close to it. The instructions were clear and the host was very helpful and kind. It was also very fast to access the beach by simply walking. 😊

There is nothing I didn’t like, but my constructive advice would be to maybe give blankets in the bedroom or thicker bed sheets because it was a little bit cold there. 😊
