Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, es súper práctico y está situado en un paseo tranquilo. Las vistas son impresionantes y, sobre todo, Marta es la mejor anfitriona. Sin duda volveremos

Marta’s availability and kindness, the position in first line in front of the amazing Playa San Juan. The apartment is kept very well, clean and you can find all that you need for a long and short stay: coffee, oil, milk, water, tea, sugar! This is customer care!

"Perfect location & beautiful beach."

It was just a bed for the night and the location was excellent, the beach was across the promenade from the hotel and it was really nice.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The location right in front of the beautiful and quiet beach was execptional. You can enjoy the full frontal sea view at the kitchen, cooking and looking outside the window was a joyful moment. The host is the nicest one, I will definitely come back if I re visit this town.

Most important: super helpful host. Internet was down first night we arrived, they borrowed us their phone to enable router access. Great location, very quiet with close access to beach and restaurant. Easy access to public transport to get to city center. Shops in walking distance of 10-15 min. Can only recommend and will do return there!

Great (well equipped) apartment, perfect location practical on the beach and a kind and very approachable host. We had a wonderful stay in Alicante!
