Clean & very modern apartment, has all amenities & pool was very clean too, would definitely book again. Quite a few restaurants & shops next to the building.

A bit far out & not much around if you’re looking for entertainment at night but this place is great for 4/5 nights to chill out.

Not clean place. Not comfy bed. Very bad smell from the bathroom. Wifi didnt work very well.

Well equipped Appartments with everything you need from 4-6 people comfortably, Douglas was a great host who replied promptly, I’ve stayed in this building before which is nice and new fresh and clean. It has many long term tenants so isn’t for the party groups but great for families for adult groups everything you need is walking distance but still 15 m in car away from the crazy hustle and bustle of las america €25 euros each way, €55 each way to airport, Siam park 10 mins in car €20 taxi although they offer free collection nearest beach is about 5min walk supermarkets bars and restaurants all walking distance. Property itself has two bedroom, one large double bed, two singles beds and a double sofa bed in lounge. Heated pool which can be used 8am-8pm No glass bottles or music pool side though but never too busy and secure off road car parking two toilets one shower one bath and everything is there washing machine iron drying machine vacuum hair dryer straighteners etc literally everything we needed we found

It was very clean and had everything you could want. The parking space was especially helpful as parking in the area is poor. Lovely pool area.

The washing machine and dishwasher were a little smelly. Also when you opened the dishwasher the plinth came away. The area was a bit noisy.no instructions for anything!
