"No es lo que esperaba"

La localizacion, centrico en Triana pero en una callw muy tranquila. El apartamento es nuevo y estaba muy limpio.

La cama del apartamento 101 del n° 7 es pequeña, y las almohadas muy duras, nos despertamos con dolor de cuello y cabeza. Hacia calor y de ropa de cama habia edredon, dificil de ajustar la temperatura para dormir. El mando de la TV no funcionaba bien. Teniamos que encenderla y apagarla con el boton de la propia TV (nos costo encontrarla, no habia instrucciones) Escribimos al apartamento, no solucionaron los problemas A nuestra llefada el suelo de la zona de acceso al ascensor estaba muy sucio, se nos pegaban los pies y las rueda de las maletas...tardaron 48h en limpiarlo, justo cuando nos ibamos El check-in on line antipatico e incomodo. Desde primera hora del dia previo a la llegada, mensajes constantes en INGLES, para hacerlo, sin importar si estas trabajando o no, aumentando el tono, insinuando que no nos iban a mandar los codigos de acceso al apartamento. Una vez me dispongo a realizarlo usando la direccion web facilitada, no funcionaba en el ordenador, solo a traves del movil; al intentar escanear el DNI, la aplicacion tampoco funcionaba, asi que tuve que que introducir todos los datos a mano...hasta el dia siguiente no nos mandaron el codigo...con instrucciones una vez mas erroneas, no se correspondia con el tipo de teclado del exterior (no habia almohadillas, como indicaban en las instrcciones, toco adivinar) Me parece que por el precio que se paga, deberian dar mejor servicio, no puede ser todo beneficio
