Staff was not polite at all

The hot water heater wasn't working. And the password for the wifi neither.

great host, the sea was close

Ashraf was very helpful , the location was great & the room was comfortable

the owner is super kind and he will help you in every way possible if you need something. 15 mins walk from the centre but closer to the sea... it also has a beautiful rooftop and a very useful minimarket and cafe just downstairs.. they can arrange everything for you, transports, trips and food..

wifi can be improved

Beautiful one bedroom apartment with a view of the Red Sea from the balcony, for a cheap price! The bed was big, comfy, and warm. There was a full kitchen and living room, a balcony off the bedroom with seating for two people and a great view. The apartment is located in a new development area and so it was a very quiet area. The staff was nice and were able to accommodate my late check-in, helped me to organize a trip to Wadi El Gemal when no other tour companies were running tours in the day I wanted, and stored my luggage until the evening on my checkout day. Overall a fantastic experience and I'd definitely stay there again!

Everything was great, only communication could have been better before my arrival but everything worked out fine in the end.
