"Tirados en la calle sin solución"

La ubicación.

Durante los tres días no hemos hemos podido entrar al portal del alojamiento, en todas las ocasiones en enlace de acceso para abrir la puerta del portal estaba desactivado y nos quedamos todas las veces tirados en la calle sin poder acceder y nadie respondió a las numerosas llamadas que hicimos al número de contacto. Solo pudimos acceder al portal al molestar a los vecinos del edificio tocando en sus porteros todos los días, los cuales estaban muy cabreados con la gestión de esta vivienda vacacional. El último día hemos conseguido hablar por teléfono con el alojamiento cuando volvíamos a estar tirados en la calle sin poder acceder al portal y nos indican que no pueden hacer nada para abrirnos, que volvamos a molestar a los vecinos tocando en el portero.

No geral gostei muito da estadia! Antes da chegada ao alojamento: - foi enviado o formulário para preencher o contrato de aluguer - este ponto a início foi um bocadinho assustador, pois não esperava receber um link e por isso achei que pudesse ser uma tentativa de fraude. Após algumas pesquisas, verifiquei que é prática da empresa responsável pelo aluguer. - Para entrar no alojamento não é utilizada chave, o que garante uma maior segurança e praticabilidade. Toda a informação necessária foi fornecida previamente de forma clara. - O alojamento está equipado com vários eletrodomésticos que facilitam a gestão do dia a dia. - O apoio via chat foi rápido e fácil, mostrando-se muito disponíveis para ajudar. - Localização incrível: perto da praia e supermercados. - Zona de estacionamento perto

Refiro apenas alguns pontos de melhoria: - no último dia da estadia fiz algumas questões, via chat, que não obtive resposta. - algumas zonas apresentavam-se um pouco sujas: forno e mau cheiro da canalização da casa de banho. - caixa de primeiros socorros: poucos materiais necessários para prestar primeiros socorros de forma rápida. É importante a reposição. Melhorando estes pontos, é uma estadia muito boa!

"Love the location, but flat could be taken car of just a bit more"

Location is perfect, flat is spacious. The service was rather reactive

- 2/3 of the bedrooms go into the inner yard and its noisy - really ugly old sofa that is peeling off - not well equipped kitchen
