"Stay experience was good, but there is lack of info and they won't return the money."

The unit was spacious and well furnished.

There is only one small closet what wasn't enough to accomodate clothing and personal belongings for 3 people. There were no toiletries and no towels when we arrived, but they brought it when we complained. Worst thing was losing the first night of the booked and paid stay due to regulations pertaining to admission to El Gouna that were not mentioned in the unit information. Additionally, I was promised a refund for the first night upon me submitting a request to booking.com. This request has to be honored by the unit management which confiemd that they will honor the request. The unit management stopped responding and disappeared after the stay was over! Not recomended to pay in advance at all for this unit. You won't get your money back even if it is not your fault if something happens last minute.
