Bahga Palace 3 Residential Apartments

This is my second time at Bagha Palace 3. I like the location, it is about a ten-fifteen minute walk from Sheraton Road, therefore it is quiet but not too far from the main areas. It is slightly up hill to walk back to and not on a level, so maybe not the best for those with mobility issues but I like a walk out. There is also a lift in the building, which is handy when arriving with luggage. Check in was easy, the man who manages the building is always there to welcome you and he takes your bags which is nice. They also allowed early check in, which was beneficial as I arrived from another part of Egypt at approx. 8am. Apartment 11 is very big and modernly decorated. Bed is comfortable and bedding clean. Ample clothe storage in the bedroom and a nice dressing table. Living room has large and comfortable sofas. It has a lovely big balcony with chairs and table. Mostly clean on arrival. Bathroom a good size and toilet paper, soap and towels left for use. Apartments don't have their own washing-machine but there is one on the roof. They could potentially do with more than one as it was always full when I tried to use it.

The shower: it didn't have an attachment to the wall. When I asked them to put a fixture up, it took most of the day to send someone who fitted a cheap plastic part. The shower head did stay in the plastic fixture until the shower was put on and then the power/weight from the water flow was too strong for the plastic fixture and it wasn't able to hold it and so it fell down again. I sent the owner a video of this and he just said he understood but didn't offer/resolve the issue. Therefore getting a shower was difficult as you had to hold the shower head above you constantly. The water pressure was also poor but the shower head appeared to have been put on the wrong way causing a kink in the plastic tube, interrupting water flow. The water also fluctuated between boiling hot and freezing cold without noticed (I thought this dangerous). Kitchen: The kitchen is open plan into the lounge and is a good size with many units and cupboards, however they are mainly empty. The kitchens are lacking equipment. Last time I stayed I had to ask for a frying pan, a sharp cutting knife and coffee cups. This time there was a frying pan but no bowls for cereal etc. I struggled to make eggs for breakfast so you would struggle to make a full meal. There are a few plates, forks and spoons. I bought paper coffee cups. There is a full oven but no utensils or oven pans/trays etc. Could do with more clothes airers as there only appeared to be two broken ones on the roof which again were always in use. The negatives are a shame as the owner has been told, it seems via other reviews but hasn't acted on them. For this reason I am not sure that I would return. The experience could be improved.

It's a flat, not a resort. So there's no water park, etc, but I wanted a flat. I was SO SURPRISED with how clean and comfortable the flat was! And affordable. Great AC, very spacious, sweet little balcony, kitchen, two sleeping rooms... The only drawback was that Uber drivers COULD NOT FIND IT! I had to explain to drivers in Arabic that it is not a hotel, it is a flat. They kept wanting to drive to the street with all the hotels and resorts. Oh, and we slept really well in the beds. Comfortable beds!

The wiring is older, so our phones didn't charge well/fast.

Apartment big ,balcony very big and comfortable. Bed so comfortable. Kitchen good. Personal was so friendly and helpful.

In the bedroom mess and in bathroom too but mess. Bath it’s old,should be more better in bathroom install new bath

I like personal. Very nice and friendly. Room it’s big. I missed here microwave and wash machine.

I not much like locality because must use taxi on the beach.But privacy beach it’s nice
