Location and facilities is super good

Logement dans un environnement ultra sécurisé - cela nous a fait un peu bizarre au début - à cette époque de l'année personne dans les logements à coté - seuls les agents d'entretien du site - un logement assez grand - une literie confortable - une belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine mais trop froide pour s'y baigner - très très calme idéale pour se reposer

Logement tout de même très isolé de Down town ou la Marina - malgré que notre hôte nous ait donné des numéros de téléphone - personne ne répond et nous étions obligés de faire 1 bon kilomètres à pied avant d'interpeller un tuktuk - mais attention j'ai vu que cela avait été signalé : très très mauvaise assise dans le canapé - dommage d'avoir un canapé aussi peu confortable dans un bel appartement - Alors madame ou monsieur les propriétaires faites le nécessaire pour vos prochains hôtes!!

It is written that it has a sofa bed but it was just an uncomfortable sofa so my 19 year son had to sleep with me in a queen bed which wasn’t that comfortable ….. no hot water in kitchen sink so unable to wash any grease…. No cold water in shower except very very small drops so my son had to go to one of his friends every evening to shower while I managed with very little pressure which is very unpleasant ..the stove didnt work and the house keeping didn’t answer so wasn’t able to use the stove and went back with all the food I got …. The thing is the person coordinating with me was trying to be helpful and sent towels that were missing and clean sponge and toilet brush (which should have been there in the first place )but I didn’t come for a holiday to call housekeeping and keep nagging to know how the stove works or wait for a plumber the whole day to fix the water pressure problem or even keep calling the realtor about problems … This just ruined my holiday and had to improvise and use facilities at friends house …. I was never offered any compensation or any kind of apology …. I rent in gouna for more than 20 years and never faced such issues I. A very old shabby house …. I knew it was old from the location but this shabby is really unacceptable in gouna ….i went knowing it was relatively old but the least I expected was a shower and stove to cook my food cos this holiday is quiet noisy in restaurants ….. so I also had to improvise and order food and eat at friends houses .

L’organisation grâce au service de conciergerie est parfaitement rodée j’ai eu toutes les informations claires avant le départ La récupération de clés et l’emplacement du logement étaient très bien expliqués avec des photos et lien map Le wifi fonctionne très bien et est gratuit j’ai même eu le QR code avant d’arriver Le service de conciergerie est vraiment réactif quand il y a une question ou un soucis La location comporte des équipements suffisants pour faire la cuisine La vue est extraordinaire sur la piscine avec la petite terrasse et on peut se baigner dans la lagune (ce n’est pas une plage réelle) La location est un peu excentrée de Downtown ou de la marina mais on peut trouver, au bout de la rue, des tuk tuk (50EGP) pour 3 personnes max ou des bus (30EGP/pax) pour un tarif touriste. Les gardiens de sécurité sont vraiment gentils et ils aident toujours pour trouver des transports ou pour toutes questions pratiques : ils sont géniaux ! La piscine est tranquille et magnifique nous étions souvent seuls

Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine Le canapé n’est pas confortable Le pouf qui est sur la terrasse devrait être retiré il est inutilisable on se demande pourquoi il est là ? 🤭 Les transats de la piscine et la plage sont souvent vieux et certains à changer, de plus certains sont réservés à des appartements particuliers donc nous ne savions pas lequel utiliser Piscine froide malgré la chaleur, mais utilisable la journée en revanche elle est inutilisable le soir car trop froide ce qui est bizarre car dans le petit bassin il n’y a pas de profondeur et il faisait assez chaud

We had a wonderful stay !My husband and I truly enjoyed every moment — the place was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, view to the lagoon and just a short drive to downtown and the marina. We loved relaxing on the terrace in the evening; it was peaceful and had a lovely view. The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. It really felt like a home away from home, and we’d happily come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway in El Gouna!
