"Sejour parfait sauf la porte du garage"

La situation , la propreté et le confort

Nous avons eu un incident en manoeuvrant pour rentrer dans le garage,.la porte s est fermée automatiquement sans que cela soit indiqué quelquepart . Cela a endommagé le haillon arrière. Lorsque nous avons demandé a faire un constat cela nous a été refusé, il nous a été répondu que ce sont les normes espagnoles . Lorsque nous avons suggéré un geste commercial , il nous a été répondu que cela n etait pas possible car nous avions réservé par booking!
