Room 16

The apartment was very well equipped and functional!! Nice and interesting inventory!! Easy to get a home feeling.

The important arrival info concerning keys was told by the host to have been sent me via Booking the day before arrival, but I didn't get it before the last night of the stay (evening April 5). Fortunately the host was available on the phone and service minded, so we received the instructions on the phone on arrival. It was some problems with the baking oven. It would not work for making our pizza. Only 10 A fuses for a Bosch oven like that seems far too low. In my place 25 A fuses are mandatory! Difficult to reset the oven. Very noisy floors when walking on it. Seems like they have not used a felt mat under the parquet boards when installing the boards to avoid squeaking.

Very clean, good beds and good pillows, very close to the beach. Quiet rooms.

Great location for the port and the beach.

Clear instructions for accessing the apartment. Close proximity to the port for our onward journey.

The apartment is a little cluttered. We couldn't get the shower to work.

Very handy location in Los Cristianos, close to all the restaurants etc.

Location perfect in the period we visited Room16. However I think in full summeer season could be more noise from te street.

Everything perfect, all you need is available. It exceeded our expectation. Fully equiped appartment.

Nothing to dislike

Good size with two double beds and clean bathroom/ shower. Little balcony which is nice to have the French doors open to. Wifi good for streaming video on one laptop.

Location is central but the building itself is quite run down. Main light in one of the bedrooms doesn’t completely turn off.
