Premium sea view 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment located within Gravity Hotel & Aquapark Hurghada

The location is great. The beds are clean and comfortable and the showers are both excellent with plenty of hot water available. Sunrises right infront of the apartment which was lovely.

The property could be more equipped with basics, such as enough mugs for the persons booked. There were 3 mugs and 3 glasses but we were a party of 4. And only 1 teaspoon. I’ve stayed in self catering multiple times and have always had some basics provided such as a bottle of water, washing up liquid, and hand soap. Perhaps a little salt and pepper and cooking oil wouldn’t go amiss either. Arriving very late at night with 2 children into a hot country and all shops in the vicinity closed meant we had no water to drink. The WiFi was poor so we all purchased sims. The code for the key was different to what was advised. And so was the WiFi password so a bit of a panic when we arrived. There are not enough sunbeds, people will remove your towels and take yours if you look away! The life guards are whistle happy so no snoozing by the pool.

Apartment was amazing. Clean and very comfortable. Nader was a brilliant host.

Reception staff were very rude.

The apartment itself is amazing: cozy, spacious, and beautiful. The view from the windows and balcony is breathtaking - directly to the sea. We couldn’t get enough of that view. We didn't go out late in the evening, but we could listen to the music from the balcony (the hotel does shows, karaoke nights, etc in the evenings every day, you can participate as a guest). You can use the pools, the beach, and the sunbeds for free, but you have to pay if you want to use the aquapark and restaurants. The beach is very nice, they made a lagoon for those who want to stay in a shallow water, but one can also walk a little bit further and swim in the open sea or do snorkeling* (I would think snorkeling is at extra charge). The location of the hotel is very good, not too far from Hurghada city center and there is a very nice tourist walk right next to the hotel (most of the area is occupied by different hotels). You can find souvenir shops, clothes shops and some small supermarkets nearby. The walk is pretty long and beautiful, especially in the evening. The host is very nice. He provided us with all the necessary information in advance and was very friendly and always in touch if there were any questions. I would also like to note that we had some doubts before booking this apartment because of some negative comments from previous guests. Despite our concerns, all our expectations were met. We had no issues during our stay. The apartment was clean and cozy, with good wibes, and we wished we could just live there indefinitely. We would definitely come back again.
