PLEASE NOTE! THE POOLS ARE NOT OPEN AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!! Due to a ban on filling private swimming pools in many areas in Spain, the pools are not open as advertised! We did inform the host that it is wrong to mislead and deceive people to stay at his property by advising facilities that are clearly not available and have not been for sometime and probably will not be open until end of the season. His response was very disappointing by claiming the booking.com listing can not be changed. This is a blaintant lie! I will attach a screenshot of a host who does the right thing and informs people of a change in advertised facilities. Due to this and as not to ruin our children's holiday, we spent at least 40 minutes a day travelling to beaches! The apartment was very dirty, and unfortunately, this is the second private apartment we have rented with very poor cleaning standards. We have a child with serious allergies and medical conditions, and due to this, we will probably not rent another private property unless reviews state that it is a very clean property

Everything was even better as expected, great terrace, quiet and green urbanisation. Tv has Disney channel subscription, so kids in the morning give an hour of rest for us :) Two kids playground was 15minutes away by feet, two groceries also near. Frederico was also very helpful, he gave some tips we used for visiting places.

Only missing heated pool, but we used the main one few times. It was not so cold, but only for short time.

This property is not at all like the description that he advertises. To start with, he says that it has a restuarant. In fact, it does not. There is a golf club almost a kilometer away which has a restuarant. This is currently closed most of the time. The Advertiser say "Staff speak English, Spanish, French and Japanese at the reception". This is completely disingenuous as he does not have ANY staff. To list this flat as "Luxury" is a joke. It is extremely basic and ill equiped. There are no pool towels provided and no shampoos. I have never heard of any property with a pool that doesnt provide pool towels. When we arrived he texted us to say that some of the window shutters were broken. In fact, the 2 small rooms were broken and the main living room one was taken away completly. We also found that the apartment was not properly clean when we arrived. My wife found toe nail clippings on the floor of the balcony. I have pictures of them. There were also clumps of hair and dirt on the balcony. I agree with one of the other reviewers who complained about the electrics. The lights are a nightmare to work out. We couldnt find a light switch in the main bedroom so we had to go into the hall to turn it on/off. Finally, the day of our departure was unbelievable. About 2 days beforehand he texted us to see what time we were leaving. I replied to say that we had a very early flight. Then on the morning of departure, we received an email from our airline at 6am to say that our flight had been rescheduled to 6pm. I immediately texted him to inform him and I requested that we stay an extra few hours, just until the official checkout time of 12pm. He replied to say that this was very difficult but he would try to delay the cleaner. At 10am a lady arrived to clean the apartment. He obviously did not inform her. She had not a word of english so I tried to explain. She became extremely hostile and jammed her foot in the door. My six year old was getting...

where do I start. we went back as we had a good time last time. it was supposed to be relaxing. but last time issues with electrics we were told were fixed were not. 8 times tripped. toilets seats still broken and hanging off. this time raw sewage smell 2/3 times a day for 10 mins to an hour a time so we had to buy 3 cans of air freshener. and close ALL doors and windows. no hairdryer so we had to buy one. 90 euros. and also broken kitchen utensils. broken lock on window firvsafety reasons not good. and a lock on front door you have to fumble with to get in. as for IPTV which I was told continually it was fixed or being fixed took 7 days. on the 5th day my pregnant girlfriend left to go back to seville where she is from. I only stayed g it business reasons or I would of gone. I also stayed in an hotel one night too at my own cost and Fred who I liked was pretty much non existent in all.this. 17 hours to reply to texts. o own and rent out 38 properties in.11 countries. if I'd had a fraction if complaints about any of my properties I would.of part or full refunded. NEVER AGAIN

EVERYTHING...from the start to end of stay there. I actually booked one week but extended by another 8 days...Frederic was ALWAYS there when needed. it's spacious and the little town itself has many different cuisines/restaurants to choose from...I will be back. a GREAT STAY.
