La ubicación, junto a todo el centro monumental y muy cerca de bares y restaurantes. El piso es un 1°, con muy buenas vistas.

Es un poco antiguo, necesita una pequeña reforma en el aseo, sobre todo. Ideal para una pareja, que no tengan problemas de movilidad, ya que no hay ascensor. El acceso al pequeño balcón complicado. Yo cambiaría el mando de la tele.
