"Premier séjour à Las Palmas j’y retournerai pour sa douceur climatique."

Le confort et la proximité directe au remblai qui donne accès à la plage. L’accueil de Oscar qui est une personne très sympathique.

Il n’y a pas de luminosité extérieure.

Asunnon sijainti hyvä.

Sisäilma erittäin huono. Pienehkö " kaksio" ilman Valoisuutta.säästä et tiedä mitään ennen ulos menoa! Kaikki yläikkunat ( ei ollut muita!)ja ikkuna auki, tuuletin päälle se kohti ikkunasta tulevaa ilmaa.Harmi vaan ikkuna oli sisäpihalle ja jossakin poltettiin tupakkaa, savunhajua tuli meille. Omistaja ei meinannut uskoa että Sairastuin asunnon Huonosta sisäilmasta.Huoneet oli kosteusvaurioiset josta tuli huoneilmaan itiöitä. Olen astmaatikko. Jouduin lääkäriin ja keuhkoja& hengitystä autettiin lääkkein.Ääni lähti. Olimme ulkona kaiket päivät& illat jotta henki kulkee. 1. Lomaviikko meni sairastaessa.Joulunaikaan ei ollut vapaana korvaavaa asuntoa. Miehenikin sairastui vaikkei ole ennen näin oireillut. Olemme sitämieltä että tätä asuntoa ei pitäisi suositella kellekään. ! Keittiö varustetaso; mikä taso?! Ei juustohöylää, ei saksia?! Ei perusmausteita; suolaa& pippuria Ei mitään!!!! Meitä auttoi Suomen Kunnia Konsultti Kati Tähtinen/ Las Palmas. Asioiden eteenpäin viemisessä./tulkkauksessa. Häneltä voi kysyä lisää aiheeseen liittyvästä asiasta. Pakko oli lähteä pois Terveydellisistä syistä.

"Great location, Gus was great with instructions and meeting me there even later than I was supposed to arrive"

The location was great. Easy to find with lots of restaurants and stores close by. When you exited the place you were right on the walkway by the beach.

Only draw back was no view to the outside.. windows opened into the middle of the building. Can hear neighbours through windows since their windows faced the same enclosed area.
