"Mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos"

Destacar las vistas 360° de todo el puerto de Corralejo. Puedes estar viendo los barcos mientras te duchas o levantarte y ver la cala de Corralejo. El colchón es cómodo y el apartamento en general está muy bien. Fue una estancia muy agradable a pesar de la primera impresión en el momento de la llegada.

Deberían aprender a gestionar mejor las quejas de los huéspedes y más cuando había motivos suficientes para una reclamación. A pesar del inconveniente en el momento de la llegada, no hubo ningún detalle ni buena atención para compensar lo ocurrido. Si se hubiera actuado de otra manera, tendrían un 9 o 10 de puntuación. Servicio y atención al público nefasto

"Big disappointment"

just the location

The terrace thus described and advertised on the booking portal does not reflect reality at all, a great disappointment. Dirty, filthy sunbeds and broken whirlpool has been abandoned for years. We feel cheated and robbed. Non-existent staff do not answer the phone but only with messages, the first time that has happened to me in years of travelling. The access staircase to the apartment is completely broken and the plaster is peeling, a real rubbish. Booking Must Remove It From Its Portal.

Hot tub not working and area not as new as photos very unused much to our disappointment because we was looking forward to a few late afternoons in the hot tub but overall good 😊

Value price and very very good place! Comfortable ! Enjoy near lots plenty resturaunt and beach swimming! Only sort walk

Shower tube very bad smell! Think so they need repair shower tube! Unsure like share Hot tub! Lovely view beach
