Very nice apartments with a great pool and close to the beach. Everything is very clean. Wi-Fi works great. Friendly and hospitable hostess Lujan. We will definitely come back with our family next year!

the electric kettle didn't work

Unfortunately this is the first time I write a negative review on Booking.com. - The air conditioning did not work. Imagine spending your holidays with your family in a place that is over 30 degrees Celsius... - The place is very dirty in general. We found 3 cockroaches the first day and they kept appearing the following days in the bathroom. One can tell that it's been a long time since they cleaned and sanitized the place. - The internet connection was very very slow. - No place to park the car. The common parking lot was full every day so we had to leave it on the street a few nights. And the worst of all: the guys who manage the apartment are very unprofessional and irresponsible. They told me they were going to give us a compensation for everything that happened to us and the compensation is conspicuous by its absence. At least Booking.com had the decency to give us a cash bonus. I do not recommend this place. We had an overall very unpleasant stay.

Very close to all amenities, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Albeufereta Beach is only a 7 min walk away😊

Tram or bus journey only 10 mins to Alicante city or 10mins to San Juan beach.
