"Very good"

Location was great. Friendly and responsive hosts.

Matrass was very uncomfortable and needs replacent. Some maintenance needed. Other than that, it was a really nice place and perfect location.

"Great location and views — but not worth the price"

The location is great, close to all the best sites of Madrid. The views were great too.

The property has quite a low ceiling, which made it quite difficult to move around. There is only enough hot water for one person to have a proper shower at a time due to a small boiler, and you have to wait around 45 minutes for it to fill up and heat another load of water again. There is also only a small heater and an AC which heats but this is not enough, and the property is therefore quite cold at night and in the morning, which is not comfortable if you like to be warm.

Location is very comfortable

The description should include that this apartment is for people with the hight less than 170cm. Ceiling is low and You have to crawl. The bed (if you can call it) is super short. My legs was out of the bed all the time. There is no constant hot water.
