Stylish *NEW* Apartment in Alicante w/ 4 bedrooms

Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment which easily accommodated our group of 7. Centrally located with easy walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Hosts were really helpful and good communication throughout.

The nightclub immediately below the apartment was very noisy both Friday and Saturday nights.

Location was perfect. So close to anything that Alicante can offer. The saving grace of this apartment.

..... Firstly Jesus, the host was great, but on initial meeting I could tell he was put in an awkward position. There was a problem in one of the bedrooms regarding the air conditioning, a bit of a blow as we were staying mid August. It had leaked and soaked the floor and walls leaving two very large holes in the ceiling and the unit couldn't be turned below 25deg. Not a problem for us and we were willing to work with this as we had been told it would be corrected the next day. But. The sofa had a broken arm, the main shower was broken. The main bathroom door didn't shut without either wedging or holding it shut and the door latch was a wedge of toilet paper. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the fridge door and oven doors were broken. the electric tripped several times. There was some serious construction work going on on the road most mornings. On a positive the air-con was corrected after two days and a bit of a moan but the large holes were left, not ideal for the family members sleeping in that room. Jesus also managed to fix the broken shower head.

Very nice and large apartment, well kept and with all the necessary facilities. For a group of people it is perfect: there are four double rooms and three bathrooms. Great location.
