We were unable to stay at this property due to a misunderstanding, but they took our money anyway. The night prior to our arrival, we were staying in Zaragoza. The address of the property is "San Vicente Martir 34." Unknown to us at the time there is also a street by the same name and same address in Zaragoza. My phone and laptop computer both showed the property as being in Zaragoza instead of Valencia as intended. When I clicked the message links provided via Booking-com and entered the address into google maps they all showed the property as being in Zaragoza - the city were were leaving the next morning. In a panic, I called both the Booking-com help number and the property management for clarification and/or to cancel the reservation if I had booked a place in the wrong city. Unfortunately, neither the Booking-com nor the property management call center assistants provided any clarification that the property I booked was in Valencia. I was also informed by the property management call center that the actual property managers would no be available to respond until the next Monday morning. As a result, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation and book a new reservation for a different apartment in Valencia through Booking-com. The following Monday, after opening at 10 AM, the actual property managers clarified that the property was indeed in Valencia. In view of the confusion and their lack of availability for help, I asked that they refund at least a portion of the 6 nights I had been charged. The woman at the management company told me "no chance" and furthermore I could not stay at the property for the remaining four nights I had paid for because the property had already been rented to another party. In summary, the company managing this property provided no service and responded with nothing but contempt for the customer.

Be gusto la ubicación y el apartamento

Hay mucho ruido, si sois 4 y hay que usar el sofacama hay muchisimo ruido del exterior.

Die Kommunikation und das Checki-in und -out verliefen Reibungslos. Die Wohnung war ausserordentlich geräumig. Die Lage war super und die Aussicht toll. Es hatte ausreichend Stauraum und die Betten waren bequem. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll

Das Geschirr war eher knapp bemessen. Die Fenster waren gar nicht gut isoliert, was ich mir im Winter schwierig vorstelle. Wir haben es vor allem daran bemerkt, dass der Lärm vom Restaurant im Hof sehr gut zu hören war. Allerdings war die Lage dafür top und dann muss man letztlich auch mit etwas Lärm rechnen.

Location was excellent, facilities great, washing machine included was an extra bonus

The apartment was very dark, very little natural light. Not a problem when you only want somewhere to sleep for a few nights

La ubicación es de lo mejor , aunque ojo si vas con coche porque no hay zona de aparcamiento y hay que meterlo en parking . El apartamento está equipado y bien , aunque el sofá cama es incómodo

La insonorización ... Es horrible , es algo que tienen que mirar , en las 4 noches sentia que estaba durmiendo en la calle , se me scucha todo todo, las ventanas son antiguas y se escucha todo e íbamos con un bebé y fatal para que pudiera conciliar el sueño porque al estar tan céntrico pasa mucho coche y camión de basura y agetreo de gente
