The hosts were quite unhelpful when I expressed that I didn’t want to pay cash. They only provided an alternative after I spent 2 hours on the phone with Bookings.com’s customer support.

Great location, spacious appartment, good breakfast a short walk away. Clear and easy instructions on key pickup. Helpful information from the host on the sights and attractions in Sevilla sent upon booking.

The whole appartment smelled of cigarettes upon our arrival (the smell was the worst in the bathroom). The host offered additional cleaning or a second appartment, which was not to our liking, so we chose the additional cleaning. The situation improved, but the smell was still present. We had to sleep with windows open.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but this time it was necessary. We stayed in apartment 5 in planta baja. It is not acceptable to pay over €400 per 3 nights and find a property with a strong smell of damp and in a clear state of deterioration. There was black mould on multiple walls, and the air was barely breathable. We had to sleep with the windows open. There were 4 of us, and 2 of us became unwell over the weekend due to the air quality. The walls are peeling, and the bathroom has a serious cleanliness issue with blackened silicone and surfaces. Even the bathroom door is affected by the humidity. The ventilation system that is supposedly installed in the bathroom does not work as well. The bedsheets were also dirty, which gives the impression that the house had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Honestly, for the price charged, the condition of the property is not acceptable. It urgently needs renovation and proper maintenance.

El apartamento estaba reformado y no estaba mal.

A nuestra llegada a Sevilla se suponia que nos avisaban cuando la habitación estuviera disponible como maximo a las 14:30 y a las 15:30 todavia no nos habian avisado. Al llegar a recoger las llaves en la caja de la puerta, no funcionaba el codigo y tuvimos que esperar a que vinieran a abrirnos, por lo que finalmente no pudimos entrar hasta las 16:30, cuando en la ficha de reserva indicaba la 13:00 como hora de entrada. Les solicitamos salir el domingo algo más tarde y no nos lo permitierón, únicamente dejar las maletas si queriamos hasta las 14:00. Las tuberias del baño tienen un olor horrible. Se escucha muchisimo el ruido de la calle por las noches y los apartamentos del mismo edificio estuvieron de fiesta las 2 noches q nos alojamos sin dejarnos dormir. Se ve que se rompio anteriormente la TV porque se ven los tacos en la pared y nos pusieron una TV muy pequeña. En la zona es dificilisimo aparcar y es un poco insegura.

Fomos muito mal atendidos por quem administra. Além de ter nos obrigado a fazer todo o pagamento das estadias em Dinheiro. Além de exigirem um calção também em dinheiro que não recebi até a data de hoje e pelo que recebi de informação receberei descontando taxas etc somente uns 15 dias depois. Além de nos fazer esperar na porta do prédio com o apartamento trancado por algumas horas depois de uma viagem exaustiva até lá.

Principalmente a forma como fomos atendidos, nos tratando como desonestos até que se prove o contrário além de todas as exigências feitas

The aparment was clean. Easy to find the adress. There is a nice terrace in the apartment. There was a long street nearby and parking is free on the street.

The complex has multiple apartments and sound insulation can be a bit problematic (we heard some noise only one night). One of the single beds is worn out and made sleeping uncomfortable. The apartment has stairs so be ready for going up and down.
