Posizione super, camera pulita. È vero ci sono molte scale da fare a piedi (5 piani) ma per un breve soggiorno lo trovo caratteristico e non fastidioso.

il divano letto non era preparato. Avevo la sensazione che fosse sporco poiché si dorme sulla seduta del divano con solo delle lenzuola. Era piuttosto duro e scomodo. Anche il letto principale non era molto confortevole. Abbiamo trovato avanzi di cibo nel frigo degli ospiti precedenti. Peccato perché con un piccolo investimento su materasso/cuscini si potrebbe migliorare notevolmente il livello dell'appartamento che comunque è carino e pulito.

La ubicación para lo que íbamos a hacer excelente. Cerca del parking, y cerca de la zona que teníamos que ir a hacer una carrera. Aunque ya lo indica, que sean 5 pisos sin ascensor.....si estás muchos días, tienes que pensarlo muy bien cuando sales, para no andar dando vueltas. Las instalaciones cómodas, y con encanto fusionado lo antiguo con obras recientes. La terraza un puntazo, pero como a nosotros nos ha llovido, no lo hemos podido disfrutar. La cocina top, con todas las comodidades, horno, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, tostadora, etc etc. Cama y Sofá cama cómodos. El baño, aunque esta reformado, la zona de la mampara de la ducha esta un poco estropeada (fácil solución). Aunque tiene ventanas muy buenas, el alboroto del sábado noche se llegaba a oír para los que estaban durmiendo en el sofá cama.

La calle es la principal de bares, al anochecer al volver había jóvenes con bebidas etc en la misma puerta del portal y la de gente que se congregaba en toda la calle, apenas se podía pasar entre la gente. Y eso un 1 de noviembre.

"5° Sin ascensor. No vuelvo"

La ubicación es excelente, está bien lograda la reforma del piso y tiene una hermosa terraza

5° sin ascensor!! Mortal subir con maletas 99 escalones! No recuerdo haber visto en la promoción una advertencia ⚠️ de que no había ascensor! Eso deja sin efecto todo lo bueno del piso. NO VUELVO
