The proprietor wanted us to pay an additional $1000 to spend 1 night. We did not stay there. I had to book another place that evening. I have tried to contact booking.com to report it but have not heard back from them. I stopped payment through my credit card.

The location is the best part of this accommodation, right over the san Fermin street. Clean, spacious, beautiful natural light.

It’s narrow stairs and 5 floors without a lift. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either

Great location, easy communication with the host, easy check-in. The apartment has a very nice atmosphere, the terrace is spacious. The windows are very good, we could test them as we arrived on the evening before the 1 May long weekend and there were many people at the bars and in the street below chatting and laughing. When we stayed on the terrace it was loud, but when we went inside the windows worked like magic. We appreciated a lot the detailed book with suggestions for everything (eating places, activities etc.) that the host left for us.

Spacious lovely apartment in the city center with a great terrace. Highly recommended!
