"The place needs some attention from maintenance company"

The apartment is close to the centre of Madrid. Perez the mouse is living in this building.

Both windows are coming to the house internal well. So, you can get your neighbor in front of you (3m) with an option to chat. No view, just wall and neighbor's window. There is no ventilation, so you should keep windows open or get condensed water on the glass of windows. As a result, you can cold or mold. We had mold below the window. Also, there is no side on floor of the shower so water is spreading outside. We hadn't been provided with the physical key and got issues with entrance door (maintenance company solved next day). All door nandles are almost falling out.

El apartamento es céntrico, bonito, cómodo. Tiene de todo para una estancia corta.

Calefacción es de aire condicionado. Por eso, cuando enciendes aire condicionado todo aire caliente se queda arriba donde están las camas. Abajo en la sala se nota muchísimo el frío. Nos pusieron dos rollos de papel de baño, que podrían ser un poco más por los días que fuimos. Tampoco me gusto que en las instrucciones ponían multas para casi todo. Me sentí incómoda. Hay una fianza de seguridad de 200€.

Location

Bedroom upstairs, you’ll surely bump your head against ceiling Bathroom shower, water seeping out onto floors Air conditioners, weren’t heating Worst nightmare was getting in and out of apartment. It’s through an app that didn’t work well. So many times we couldn’t leave apartment cause door wouldn’t lock and couldn’t get in cause door wouldn’t open. Waited for hours either excuse that roads are closed and on weekends difficult to find someone to come fix. This really ruined our plans and most of our holiday
