Great staff

Steps up and down certainly won't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Because of steps going to Spar was bit a ordeal.

Had a great stay very peaceful & nice view i stayed in No 9 with terrace above pool had a great large lounge area there as well as at pool. The wifi was excellent ( i saw other reviews saying it wasn’t) i had no problems i was connected & streaming tv

There are alot of stairs to climb but it is puerto rico which is built on a hillside most apartments are like this , if you want a nice view this is the downside.

Just back after staying at Marianela Apts.for 7 nights. Lovely quiet area.We stayed in the terrace apt next to pool. There was 25 steps from reception which would not suit anyone with a disability as there is no lift. Apartment had everything we needed but basic. No electric kettle or hairdryer but did have a microwave. Apartment was clean and presentable as was beds.Lovely pool. Cleaners were in every second day which was excellent.They were lovely.2 changes in 1 week. You have a 10mins walk down to restaurants and large supermarket which had everything you needed. There is also a Chinese but you have to book in advance or go early as it was very popular. Beach was about a 20-minute walk for us as we are elderly. All in all a great week with good company and would go back.

A bit of a struggle with shopping to get uphill.

location was very good - near shops, bars, restaurants & beach. nice clean apartment with cooking facilities

Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of steps & there is no lift available

Very clean & daily room service other than Sunday day off. Location, close to supermarket & selection of very good restaurants. Short walk to marina & beach front. Good value for money for the area.

Nothing really other than a few steps to climb, which is very common in Puerto Rico.
